Pam is a Boston-based communications and media strategist with 30 years of executive-level experience serving many clients in New England and Boston proper, as well as throughout the US and abroad. She focuses on business, media and political communications for Fortune 50, 100, and 500 companies. She has extensive experience with privately held businesses, higher education institutions, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. Pam also lectures on Business Communication and Crisis Management as a member of the adjunct faculty at Bentley University.

As a public affairs strategist and business crisis manager, Pam confers with CEOs and executive teams on critical decision-making and planning in order to improve profitability and increase market share. She develops and manages policy, community engagement and crisis management campaigns—while also educating executives on effective business, media and workforce development strategies. She focuses on addressing operational and employee challenges in order to reduce risk and liability. Pam brings infinite knowledge and contagious energy to every interaction and if it needs to be done, she always finds a way!

With both established and new brands, Matthew is meticulous in the visual execution so it’s always on point.

With each client, he seamlessly translates business goals and objectives into an effective creative strategy.

Mainly focused on managing Triton’s day-to-day operations and new business opportunities, Josh ensures all of the talent, creativity and energy radiating out of Triton is laser focused on client success and the growth of the organization. With a traditional design background, and self-identified as a visual learner, Josh approaches each project as an artist first with pen and paper. And, he strongly advocates that how something looks is just as important as what something says.

She works with the entire Triton Communication team to help define, formulate, and manage client goals and creatively execute strategy. Gaylen has worked with start-ups and Fortune 100 and 500 brands spanning consumer, corporate, healthcare, technology, and public affairs.

Depending on what’s needed, Gaylen is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and put on one or multiple hats ranging from content creator to account manager to team cheerleader. Gaylen’s wide range of expertise allows her to understand your business from all angles. She is passionate and focused on creating a team-oriented client experience.

Sarah is a problem solver with a natural ability to connect with people. She has spent 15 years working in the real estate development, hospitality, and travel sectors as a marketing generalist with experience in communications, branding, event planning, and web content. As the newest member of the Triton team, Alissa writes clear, targeted, engaging copy that directly communicates the client’s story. She is comfortable creating content for small businesses, corporations, municipalities, and non-profit organizations. Alissa’s varied experience enables her to craft messaging that considers the entire communication strategy for Triton’s clients.

Morgan sees each project as an opportunity to create something that’s never been done before. She thrives off of brainstorming to find innovative and creative solutions to every problem. As a recent graduate with a BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University, Morgan has a wide range of skills, from traditional graphic design to animation to illustration. With each new step, she seeks to learn how design connects individuals in her community and provides a space for stories to be told. At Triton, Morgan is excited to continue to build on her graphic design and communication skills as part of a team with decades of multifaceted experience.

Experienced in public affairs, advocacy, policy, research, and campaign / fundraising work, Sophia is our highly motivated and creative intern. She is currently studying Communication, Political Science, and Humanitarian Action at Fairfield University. On campus, Sophia is a member of the Fairfield Honors Program and the National Jesuit Honors Society. She also serves as the Event Operations Chair for Fairfield University’s Stagathon Program, focused on fundraising for the Children’s Miracle Network. Sophia is passionate about public relations and communication strategy at both the corporate and nonprofit levels. With Triton Communication, Sophia is excited to support the entire team and garner more skills related to public affairs, creating brand experiences, and digital marketing.
